What is NextGig?

NextGig is an online job board that publishes job vacancies listed by direct employers.

How can I get in touch?

Your Account

I forgot my password, how can I log in?

If you forgot your password, go to login screen and click "Forgot Password". You will then receive an email that contains a link to a page where you can set a new password. For your security it is not possible for us to provide you with your existing password.

I no longer have access to my email address, can I still reset my password?

If you have lost your password and no longer have access to the email address you used to register we may be able to help. Please get in touch with us so we can run through verification procedures.

Can I change the Username or E-mail address for my account?

No, your username and email address has been specifically allocated for you. Please get in touch with us so we can run through verification procedures and help you with the matter.

What are the benefits to posting my job with NextGig?

Posting a job with NextGig is simple and quick, and thanks to our ever-growing job seeker base. We deliver results too.

Are there any fees for this service?

Currently, we do not charge anything for the job listing services.

How long will my job listings be online?

Your listings will be active for 30 calendar days and are automatically removed from the home page. However, it will continue to appear at the permanent link unless manually withdrawn or removed by the user or the service provider.

How do I edit my listing?

You can edit all job details from the "Manage Jobs" section. Make any desired changes and hit "Save" at the bottom of the page to complete the process.

Where will my listing been seen?

All listings will be displayed in our homepage based on the freshness of the job. If you have two or more jobs listed, those will be merged together under the employer name, mentioning that the employer has multiple job openings.

What kind of response to my listing should I expect?

Some employers receive many applications, while others receive only a few. This is most likely related with your job listing content such as the description of company, kind of clients you work with, your work environment etc etc... Quality of your content will affect the quality of applicants for your job post. You may also share the postings on social media to attract more applicants.

How do I update my company profile?

Click on the "Profile" tab (Your Name/User Name) in the top navigation portion of the job board . In the drop down menu, you'll then see a tab labeled "Company Settings". From this link you can update all aspects of your company's profile from uploading a photo to entering a short company description. Once finished, click "Update" to save changes.

How can NextGig assist me with finding a job?

As a job board our role is to provide you with access to the widest selection of jobs on the market and the tools you need to connect you with employers who are looking for your skills.

Are there any fees for this service?

No, all job seeker features on NextGig are completely free!

How do I apply for a job?

You can apply to every job on the website online. After clicking the 'Apply' button you will be shown a short form and given the chance to attach a Resume and cover note alongside your application.

What information is available about a job listing?

It depends. We show all of the information that employers provide to us.

How can I be certain that the employer has received my application?

When you make an application, you will receive an email confirming your application was successfully made. At the same time we'll also send the employer an email with your application details. Applications are critical, and from time-to-time an email may go missing. For example, the employer's mailbox may be full or they may have made a typo when posting their job. To combat this we continually monitor and follow-up on all bouncebacks we receive for applications, ensuring your application never goes astray.
